  • Though there are several emerging professionals’ programs, the architectural lighting industry relies on informal mentorship. Learn the keys to good mentoring relationships and how mentoring is essential to advancing women’s careers.
  • Cultivating clients is imperative at every level of lighting design. Learn from experts and to share tips and experiences in building relationships with clients and customers, current and future.
  • Managing expectations in the employer-employee relationship is one key to achieving that elusive work-life balance in a deadline-driven career. How can networking empower you with options and information to define and achieve your career goals?
