Bernard Bauer has developed LED-centric lighting education programs for several California utilities. Learn from his experiences on how the advent of LED technology has transformed lighting design and application, and how LED sources can push the boundaries of what is possible. Conversely, there are some applications that can challenge LED technologies. Through this seminar, attendees will be exposed to both the positive and occasionally negative aspects of living in an all LED world.
- Gain insight into the many ways LED lighting has influenced and changed how lighting design and application are approached.
- Explore the options and benefits that LED replacements of legacy light sources have added to the lighting designer’s toolbox.
- Identify applications where and when LED lamps and luminaires may present design and application issues.
- Determine best options for environments and applications challenging to LED lighting systems.
