** QUALIFIED ATTENDEES ADMISSIONS POLICY: Admission to LightShow West is available to qualified attendees — professionals in a position to purchase or influence the purchase of lighting products and controls. To protect our exhibiting companies, manufacturers of lighting products, controls or other lighting technologies who are NOT exhibitors must pay a non‑exhibiting-manufacturer fee of $595 to be admitted to the show floor. Children under the age of 16, including infants in arms or strollers, are not allowed on the show floor.
PAID SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by 9/21/2018, and will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After this date, only substitutions will be accepted. Cancellation requests should be sent on company letterhead to QMS Services via PDF scan to lsw@prereg.net; Fax to 678-341-3099; or by post to this address:

*ADMISSIONS POLICY: Admission to LightShow West exhibits and seminars is free for qualified attendees — professionals in a position to purchase or influence the purchase of lighting products and controls. Access to Roundtable Discussion Groups requires a $25 fee per seat with online registration in advance of the show. At-show registration is $50 per seat. The one-day Controls Summit is $195.
